Order Processing Times

We aim to process orders the next working day after receipt of payment, however please allow the full amount of time stated for processing on the respective product details pages.

Estimated Delivery Times

For UK customers, orders are estimated to take 1-4 working days to arrive; depending on the postal service selected.

We unfortunately no longer ship internationally.

Returns And Cancellations

You have 28days to return item. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.​

​

If your order is placed between10th and 20th December, you have up to 35 days to return your item for a refund.

​

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item arrives damaged). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
